Amazing Honey Cupcakes Recipe

In the morning, I typically enjoy making this amazing honey cupcakes recipe and pair it with a hot cup of tea.

I usually refrain from adding sugar to my tea because the honey cupcake provides sweetness.

This creates the perfect balance between the sweetness of the honey cupcake and the bitterness of the tea.

Tips for the Amazing Honey Cupcakes Recipe

Don’t overmix your batter: I will say this a million times, overmixing your batter will result in dry honey cupcakes. Also, when mixing your honey cupcake batter, stir it in one direction to incorporate air and achieve that fluffy texture when baked.

Use room temperature ingredients: It’s important for all your ingredients to be at the same temperature. If they aren’t, you may end up with lumps in your honey cupcake batter, which is something we want to avoid.

Measure your ingredients correctly:  Make sure to measure your ingredients accurately! We want our honey cupcake batter to neither be too watery nor too dry.

Sift your dry ingredients:  This especially applies to flour. Use a sifter to sift your flour; this will prevent any flour clumps in your honey cupcake  batter and ensure thorough mixing.
